Installation of industrial screw ice water machine unit - matters needing attention for connection of evaporator pipeline

In the previous section, the attention points to be paid to the connection of condenser line in the installation process of water-cooled chiller were introduced in detail. In this section, the attention points to be paid to the connection group of evaporator line of water-cooled chiller were introduced in detail:

1. The cooling water pipe system of water-cooled chiller must be equipped with shockproof soft connector, thermometer, pressure gauge, water filter, electronic scale remover, check valve, target-type flow controller, exhaust valve, drain valve, globe valve, expansion tank, etc

2. The expansion tank shall be installed 1-1.5 meters above the highest point of the system, and its capacity is about 1/10 of the water of the whole system;

3. The evaporator tube of water-cooled ice water unit is equipped with drain and exhaust joint. 3/8 inch drain copper ball valve has been installed on the drain port, and the exhaust port is sealed with screw plug, which should be replaced by 3/8NPT exhaust ball valve.

4. The water pipe shall try to avoid changes in the vertical direction, and install manual or automatic exhaust valve between the pipe height and the expansion water tank;

5. The water in and out of the thermometer and pressure gauge installed on the straight pipe, avoid too close to install it in bend. The low should be equipped with waterproof connector, so that all system in the water. Before the operation unit, the cut-off valve to discharge pipe road, near the inlet and outlet connector, evaporator due and by-pass pipe between in and out of the water pipe, facilitate pipeline cleaning and maintenance. The use of flexible joint can reduce vibration.

6. Heat preservation should be carried out on the frozen water pipe and expansion water tank, and maintenance operation parts should be reserved at the valve joint;

7. After the air tightness test of the pipeline, the insulation should be covered to avoid heat transfer and perspiration. The moisture proof seal should be placed on the insulation layer.
